Cheboksary (Russian: Чебокса́ры) is a location mentioned in Metro Exodus. It's a city located in central Russia on the Volga river.

Overview[]

In the year 2035, the city, while still heavily irradiated from the war, has become home to a settlement known as Station. The settlement trades with neighbouring settlement, including Nizhny Novgorod and a nearby settlement known only as Greenhouse. It also enforces a quarantine for new arrivals, though whether this is because of a disease outbreak or the radiation is unknown.

Metro Exodus[]

During the chapter "Summer", Artyom can hear three separate broadcasts from the city, including a report from a Station trader that goes by the callsign Technician who was trading in Nizhny Novgorod, a report to Greenhouse detailing a delivery of fertilizer from Station, and a general bulletin regarding the ongoing quarantine procedures.
