Commando is an achievement/trophy in Metro: Last Light and Metro: Last Light Redux.
Overview[]
This achievement is awarded to players that rescue the woman and child during "Bandits" without being caught. It is extremely difficult if you are also trying to get the Shadow Ranger achievement, so it's advisable to do this on a separate playthrough.
The requirements for the achievement/trophy begin when you reach the door where you can hear the prisoners crying. From here, you must be completely stealthy to get it. If you are caught, you can restart the checkpoint to try again. Curiously, when the final enemy (the one you struggle with after breaking down the door) is dead, the prisoners disappear.
