July 2nd
Well, bastards, you didn't eat me that time, so hold on to your asses now, I'm coming to get you with a collimator on my gun!

July 7th
Year, right, what was I thinking... With my sight it don't matter what I mount on the gun! I guess I could hit them at point-blank range, but that would just give the fuckers a chance to finish what they started. Blew through a hundred rounds, and not a single hit! Alex said there was a warehouse full of anti-personnel mines nearby, I guess I should check it out...

July 13th
Yep, are mines are here!

July 28th
I've been dragging boxes to my hovel for two weeks, should be enough... Today I'll set a dozen up for trial!

August 1st
Those fuckers smell the mines and don't come close! I guess, remote is the only way...

August 3rd
Kept watch all night, blew three fuckers up - this won't work, there are hundreds of them. I must automate it somehow...

August 8th
Threw a dozen capacitive proximity remote fuses together, time for a trial.

August 10th
The fuse works like a charm! It even attracts the fuckers with its hum! Well, then, time to get down to business...

Don't know the date
It's hard to write, got no fingers left on my left hand, good thing right's my dominant... Can't see a thing with the left eye either, but it doesn't seem to be gouged out - it's just swollen now... Well, I still managed to make a couple of them hundred fuses, time to set the mines up, this should be enough for the whole colony...
