Ilya Sergeyevich Tolmachev (Russian: Илья Сергеевич Толмачёв) is a Ukrainian game developer currently employed by 4A Games. He works there as a concept artist, having created art for Metro Exodus since 2016.
In the years 2006-2008 and 2008-2009 he was the Art-director for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat respectively, employed by GSC Game World in Ukraine. His other work includes the role of Creative director at "Cradle" for Flying Cafe for Semianimals between 2010 and 2015, as well as being an illustrator for Eurovision 2005.

- An alternate transliteration of Ilya's surname that is closer to how it is pronounced in the Slavic languages is "Tolmachyov" instead of "Tolmachev".
