Last Breath is an achievement in Metro Exodus.
Overview[]
This achievement can be obtained in any of the hazard zones that require Artyom to wear a gas mask, once crafting is unlocked. Contrary to what the description says, the player does not need the timer for filters to have emptied, they simply need to wait until Artyom starts to suffocate and a message appears on screen telling the player to change the filter. Once this happens, instead of changing it, open the backpack workbench and craft more Gasmask filters and the achievement will unlock. Remember that one filter costs 10 Materials and 30 Chemicals to be crafted, so make sure you have enough resources in the backpack before entering a dangerous zone.
