Mind You, It's Quite Heavy! is an achievement/trophy in The Two Colonels, a DLC for Metro Exodus.

This achievement is obtained for killing 3 Nosalises with flamethrower's melee attack during The Two Colonels chapter.
Guide[]
Nosalises are encountered in the 3rd act of the story, first appearing when a jammed bunker door system needs to be rebooted and they attack the player while the door is opening.
Nosalises take three melee hits to kill, even on Hardcore, and they are staggered with every blow. However, due to the slowness of the swings, it is very inadvisable to do when being swarmed. It would be more preferrable to try and melee Nosalises that are alone, or the last one standing in a horde.
If the player gets seriously wounded while doing so and doesn't want to waste any Medkits, they can reload the last save after receiving the achievement.
