Mykola Myhalenko (Ukrainian: Микола Михаленко) is a Ukrainian game developer employed by 4A Games since late 2016.

Myhalenko worked as Senior Weapon Artist for Metro Exodus and 3D Weapons Artist for Arktika.1.
His previous assignments include: 3D Weapons Artist at Ulysses Graphics (working on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered in 2016), the same position at Vostok Games (implementing firearm modifications in Survarium during late 2015/early 2016), as well as 3D Artist at Wargaming.net (for World of Tanks and its Xbox 360 port, from 2014 to 2015).
Before starting his career in the gaming industry, Mykola worked as a lawyer for Ukraine's Department of Social Welfare and earlier the Obukhov market. He has a master's degree from the Academy of Municipal Administration. Myhalenko is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

- Myhalenko's first name "Mykola" is a Ukrainian given name, similar to the Polish "Mikołaj" and Belarusian "Mikalai" or "Mikola". The Russian equivalent of this is "Nikolai".
- All of these are variants of the name "Nicholas", which has Greek roots.
