Note to Korzh is a diary entry that can be collected in Metro Exodus' Sam's Story DLC.

Sam's Story: Found in the first building the player comes across after leaving the sub. After disembarking from your motorboat, go up stairs. Not far from the staircase you should find a corpse with a note next to it.

Korzh, I'm leaving this note in case we don't meet.
We found a stash here, looks like the Night Hunters left it. You were out of town back then, so you kinda missed them, but they were a peculiar bunch, shook the place up a few years back.
They were just a few, but all tough as nails, and their kit was out of this world. Body armor, fully modded-out guns, each of them had a night vision device... The whole shebang, SWAT style!
Their stash must have something cool in it!
The only problem, I can't figure out how to get inside. There must be a key, or some secret lever, but the owners only left that stupid graffiti. "Those who have eyes - will see".
What the fuck is that supposed to mean? Pretentious fucks... Could they be more cheesy if they tried? I hate it when people do this!
