Apearance
Railcars appear to be remanants of cars put on rails or simple train-fronts heavily modified for combat. On the top of them is a large manable heavy turret which can swivel 360 degrees. The turret is very well protected with thick metal and even has a functioning flashlight. The front end of the car, the car part, does indeed, work like a car working via an ignition system and an engine compartment.
