Could Rangers and Polis related with the Central Metro Command?

They are. Somewhere it said that a lot of Polis arrived there a few months after the war, and they came from D6 and Metro 2. When Central Metro Command fell, a lot would have joined Polis, being natural authority figures. So to answer your question, yup! Witness12 (talk) 16:37, November 11, 2013 (UTC)
Indeed, a lot of power in Polis is inherited. I would personally believe that the guys running Metro Command aren't the guys running Polis (D6 wouldn't be "lost" if that were the case), but certainly there was some influence. Chaosian 20:05, November 12, 2013 (UTC)
