It was confirmed by the developers that it uses a spring mechanism the player needs to wind up and it fires DShK 12.7x108 bullets. Komodo Saurian [talk] 09:45, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Difference between names[]

Whats the difference between 'Hand-Held Minigun' and 'Hand-operated Chain Gun'? I'm not saying revert the name change or anything. I just want to know what makes these two weapons so different from each other. Eternity08 18:46, August 22, 2011 (UTC)

Chain gun only has one barrel, minigun is multi-barreled. Komodo Saurian [talk] 13:23, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
Glad we cleared that up. Eternity08 13:31, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
DOOM would like to disagree.  Chaosian   05:29, September 10, 2013 (UTC)

Minigun symbol?[]

If you look at the image of the MLL Minigun, there is a print that looks like B(or R) 04MK. I'm assuming that is important somehow? Volcannon (talk) 19:42, June 2, 2013 (UTC)

Name change?[]

I know "Pepperbox" is just a term, but isn't a term they use in-game a better way to describe the name than some fanon name? No wiki identifies "Quelagg's Sister" in Dark Souls "Quelaan" the fan-name - so why do we still have the pre-release name for the gun?  Chaosian   05:29, September 10, 2013 (UTC)

Personally, I would keep it as it is. Everyone knows what a minigun is, but Pepperbox could apply to most guns. Also, people who look on the Wiki, but don't have the Faction Pack may not understand where the name comes from. Up to you. :P

I might pose it to Chris and Komodo.  Chaosian   19:55, September 12, 2013 (UTC)
