The Kremlin and Red Square section[]
It is wrong that Polis stations are located below Kremlin and Red Square. They're located not far from East Kremlin wall, but not below the Kremlin itself. Also Polis became the "capital" of the metro because it is the biggest commonwealth of the post apocaliptic metro (there're 4 stations connected with each other)
