Hey editors, just so everyone's on the same page I collected a bunch of screenshots for people to refer to the primary source information in the Tower Pack. This is mostly to help identify where in the timeline the pack takes place, but there's also a few other little things I picked up. I hate to see editors and myself counter-editing and having, even civil edit-wars so here it is:
Odd terminology for Rangers.
Keep in mind the Captain's leg was injured. 7 years can happen at either side of the timeline. Though calling the Battle of D6 a war is a bit of a stretch - Miller has stated that "war" was inevitable.
Uncharacteristic of Rangers, would be characteristic of Metro Command.
SPARTA is a distinctively Ranger insignia.
Ranger technology in D6 is mostly scavenged. This is not scavenged,
This inclusion is odd for both sides. As a default for Metro Command it's an illogical inclusion, as a tool for Rangers it's rarely used.
Fouth Reich (and maybe Red Line- I haven't checked) insignias can be found on Human AIs. While this would suggest a place later in the timeline, we don't actually know when the Fourth Reich came into power. See also: image 2.
"Makeshift" is a rather odd word for a Ranger to be using.
A bit of a nail in the coffin for a late place in the timeline.
