Interesting Facts[]
- The author's real name is Ramil Karipov, also known as the ex-director of series development. The pseudonym was taken in memory of Ramil's friend.
- The text was completely rewritten: in the draft there were three hitherto non-existent lines, and the main character's name was different.
- The first reference to the novel appeared a year before the book's release - in Beyond the Horizon by Andrei Dyakov.
- Although there is no connection between From the Depths and The White Leopard, other than the fact that part of the action of the first novel takes place in Kazan, and the second is entirely devoted to it, the authors slightly divided the city. Thus, Ruslan described the Zilantov Monastery and its surroundings, while Ramil described the subway and its southern suburbs.
